3. Address Water Damage Quickly

- If you notice leaks or water damage, report them immediately. Fixing these issues promptly is crucial.

- Make sure gutters and downspouts are clear and directing water away from the property’s foundation.


4. Keep gutters clean, debris free and working. 

- If your gutters don’t move water into drains mould can be a result. Moister create mould.
